Hybrid Field Technician / Driver - NCR / Luzon

Job Details:

We are looking for a Hybrid Field Technician / Driver (Genset & HVAC Specialist) to handle site facility maintenance, aircon servicing, generator operations, and service vehicle driving across regional project sites!

  • POSITION: Hybrid Field Technician / Driver

  • DEPLOYMENT: Metro Manila / North Luzon / South Luzon (Prioritizing sites near your location!)

  • WORK SETUP: Field-based / Shifting & Emergency On-Call

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on generator sets (Genset), aircon units (ACU), ATS, rectifiers, and electrical systems

  • Respond to site outages, diagnose electrical or cooling faults, and carry out necessary technical repairs

  • Monitor fuel levels, execute diesel refueling runs for site gensets, and maintain accurate fuel logs

  • Deploy, connect, test, and recover mobile or spare generator units during emergency site brownouts

  • Safely drive service vehicles (L300 / Utility Vehicles) between sites while adhering to LTO rules and safety standards

  • Prepare daily accomplishment reports, upload site photos, and log ticketing updates in real-time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Technical/Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related trade courses

  • Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in genset maintenance, aircon/HVAC, electrical systems, or site power facilities

  • Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of diesel gensets, fuel monitoring, AC/DC power, basic aircon repair, and electrical safety

  • Driving: Must possess a valid Driver's License and proven ability to drive Manual Transmission (MT / L300)

  • Certifications: TESDA NC II in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC is a strong advantage

  • Work Setup: Willing to perform field work, work shifting schedules, render overtime, and respond to emergency call-outs
