HR OPERATIONS MANAGER

About the role

You will be responsible for managing the HR Operations function - comprising Performance & Growth, Employee Experience & Retention, and Onboarding & Offboarding - across the group's client entities. This role integrates three HR functions into one cohesive operations function rather than separate siloed teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and develop the HR Analyst (Performance & Growth) and HR Generalists (Employee Experience & Retention; Onboarding & Offboarding) on the team

  • Ensure performance management, engagement/retention, and onboarding/offboarding processes stay aligned and mutually reinforcing

  • Monitor SLA compliance across all three functions and intervene on at-risk items

  • Maintain standardized workflows, templates, and trackers across the team

  • Consolidate and submit HR Operations reports to the HR Director within agreed timelines and attend client review meetings

  • Coach direct reports on execution quality and support their professional development

  • Escalate issues to the HR Director and coordinate with internal departments (Payroll, Legal, etc.)

About you

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course

  • At least 7-10 years of HR management or operations experience, with at least 3-4 years managing a multi-function HR team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR reporting/monitoring tools

  • Strong cross-functional coordination, supervisory, and analytical skills

  • Able to manage competing priorities across multiple HR sub-functions simultaneously

  • Willing to be deployed to client sites and work onsite as needed

  • Preferred: Experience in a managed services or shared services HR setup

  • Preferred: Familiarity with multi-discipline KPI/SLA monitoring frameworks

  • Preferred: Prior experience overseeing two or more HR functions simultaneously

  • Preferred: Experience leading team consolidations or process-integration initiatives
