HR Advisor - Dutch & English Speaking

We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support our growing business. This is a remote position offering 24 hours per week.

If you're passionate about building strong HR foundations, developing people processes, and advising on best HR practices, we'd love to hear from you.

Language Requirement: Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)


What you will do

  • Drafting and maintaining employee handbooks and HR policies
  • Conducting employee performance and evaluation discussions
  • Developing salary scales and remuneration frameworks
  • Creating and maintaining a structured job architecture (job titles and function house)
  • Providing HR guidance and best-practice recommendations
  • Supporting managers with employee relations and HR administration

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or similar role
  • Experience creating employee handbooks and HR policies
  • Strong knowledge of performance management and employee evaluations
  • Experience developing salary structures and job grading frameworks
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
