Company and Job Description: My client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join their Human Resources team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to build a career in HR administration within a supportive and fast-paced environment. To provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with day-to-day HR functions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, efficient processes, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update employee records and HR files accurately and timeously. Assist with recruitment administration, including scheduling interviews and tracking applications. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documentation.

Support payroll administration by collecting, verifying, and updating employee information. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience. Respond to general HR queries and provide administrative support to employees and management.

Coordinate meetings and take accurate meeting minutes when required.

Job Experience and Skills Required: Grade 12 (Matric) Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or related field 0-2 years' administrative or HR experience Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability Ability to maintain confidentiality and perform under pressure Apply now!
