Healthcare Assistant

Job Purpose

This job is responsible for the accurate implementation of the Member's Healthcare benefit policy and focuses on utilization management and the delivery of superior customer service at all times

Qualifications
- Graduate of a 4-year course
- Experience in HMO or Healthcare Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience

  • Handles queries/concerns received from walk-in members and through phone and documents according to the designed tracker.
  • Issues printed/soft copy of Letter of Authority (LOA) for the corresponding types of availments ( consultation/procedures)
  • Facilitates addition/cancellation of membership as endorsed by HR
  • Facilitates the release of ID cards to members
  • Assists members in filing claims for reimbursement
  • Encourage members' feedback through the CSAT survey and resolve complaints/concer; otherwise, escalate to a superior for pressing issues
  • Provides VIP assistance if deemed necessary.

2. Utilization Management

  • Approves all availments up to P50,000
  • Strictly monitors all OP availments if within the member’s benefit limit

3. Report Generation

  • EOD/WFH Summary
  • Complaints Tracker
  • Availment Concern Tracker

4. Others

  • On-time submission of Daily Time Record
  • Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
