Role Purpose<br><br>Lead the design, develop, monitor and improve the Public Sector and International Client Value Proposition (where applicable) in line with client needs and contribute to the value proposition of Momentum Health from a design and monitoring perspective. The role requires strategic direction to all our integrated CVP to the wider team.<br><br><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>Matric.</li><li>Degree\Honours in Actuarial Science.</li><li>Honours Degree in Commerce.</li><li>Associate or Fellow or Actuarial Society of South Africa or Masters in Business Administration preferred.</li><li>At least 10 years’ experience in a fast-paced product development environment in Healthcare.</li><li>Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g, limitations imposed on schemes and administrators).</li><li>Knowledge of marketing principles and design thinking.</li><li>Budgeting, monitoring and reporting experience within an end to end business.<br><br></li></ul>Duties and Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li>Collaborate with key stakeholders to research and analyse the needs of clients and businesses. Based on clients financial needs manage the development of products and solutions across all markets and segments.</li><li>Manage the product development lifecycle including product integration benefits and active rating factors.</li><li>Manage competitor research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the market to develop new products or streamline existing product offerings.</li><li>Oversee the design of pricing models and business cases for products and solutions.</li><li>Conduct business viability studies to finalise the product or solution designs.</li><li>Engage with key stakeholders to present technical aspects, features, benefits and business case of products and solutions.</li><li>Drive the approval and signoff of product and solutions through the appropriate approval processes.</li><li>Collaborate with the systems development team to successfully translate the product features into the applicable system that supports and automates the product.</li><li>Establish processes and systems to measure the impact of products and solutions and implement corrective action where necessary.</li><li>Contribute to the marketing processes of the product to ensure the messaging and packing of the product is in line with the business case.</li><li>Oversee the financial modelling and assess the financial impact of solutions to identify areas of opportunity.</li><li>Ensure applicable maintenance and testing of financial model including projection of income and expenses and key assumptions.</li><li>Incorporate insights into financial models and assumptions.
