Their products sit at the intersection of <strong>functional nutrition and everyday rituals</strong>, and the brand is known for its sleek design, high-quality storytelling, and customer-first approach.<br><br><strong>The Role<br><br></strong>This is a hands-on role for a designer who can <strong>own brand execution</strong> across channels and help build a world-class creative system. You’ll work closely with the founders and marketing team to create high-performing, beautifully crafted design that aligns with a premium brand aesthetic while also supporting growth marketing goals.<br><br><strong>Ideal Candidate<br><br></strong>You are a mid–senior designer with strong experience in <strong>DTC / e-commerce / lifestyle brands</strong>, and you know how to create visuals that not only look great but also perform. You love building brand worlds, but you’re equally comfortable delivering fast-moving marketing assets and adapting creative based on growth insights.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Own and execute brand design across all marketing and customer touchpoints</li><li>Create high-impact, conversion-led creatives for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)</li><li>Design assets for email marketing and lifecycle campaigns (newsletters, promos, flows)</li><li>Produce visual assets for website updates, landing pages, and product pages</li><li>Design and refine brand guidelines, templates, and a scalable design system</li><li>Support new product launches with packaging concepts, inserts, and retail assets (where required)</li><li>Work closely with marketing to test creative angles and iterate quickly based on performance feedback</li><li>Collaborate with external partners (photographers, videographers, freelancers) as needed</li><li>Ensure creative output stays consistent with the brand’s tone: premium, modern, and aspirational<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><ul><li>4+ years of professional design experience (brand and marketing design)</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity + digital marketing execution </li><li>Experience designing for DTC brands, especially health/wellness, lifestyle, or premium consumer products</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Strong understanding of design principles: typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, composition</li><li>Comfortable working quickly and delivering high volumes of assets without sacrificing quality</li><li>Strong attention to detail and consistency across touchpoints</li><li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment<br><br></li></ul><strong>Your Benefits<br><br></strong>Joining this team means more than just a job — it’s an opportunity to grow your career while working with some of the most innovative companies in the US and Europe.
