Description

DHL Global Forwarding is inviting unemployed South African graduates to apply for its 2026 Graduate Programme in Johannesburg. Successful applicants will receive a 12-month contract and gain supervised workplace experience within DHL's air, ocean and road-freight operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support company processes and operational activities under supervision.
  • Assist with receiving, reconciling, consolidating and summarising documents.
  • Capture and organise operational information.
  • Support and maintain operational systems according to instructions.
  • Perform back-office duties such as scanning, filing and reporting.
  • Follow established processes, systems and working methods.
  • Provide operational support to colleagues within the assigned team.
  • Communicate routine information clearly.
  • Address task-related issues appropriately.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships.

Requirements

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in one of the following fields:
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Logistics and Transportation Management
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Business Management
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Finance
  • Must be between 20 and 30 years old.
  • Must be a South African citizen.
  • Must currently be unemployed.
  • Must not currently be studying.
  • Must be available for a full-time, 12-month programme.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge will be advantageous.
