The Graduate: Legal and Regulatory provides legal oversight and advisory support across payments, lending, overdraft, savings, and remittance products, ensuring that legal risk is effectively managed without constraining innovation, speed to market, or commercial growth.

As part of your portfolio as Graduate: Legal and Regulatory, your responsibilities will include:

Legal Research and Advisory Support

Contract and Document Support

Regulatory and Legislative Monitoring

Governance and Compliance Support

Stakeholder and Team Support The incumbent must have the following:

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent law degree

No formal work experience required

Any vacation work, internships, or academic exposure within legal, commercial, or financial services environments

Basic understanding of South African law and legal principles

Introductory knowledge of commercial law and contract law

Legal research and legal writing fundamentals What will give an edge to your application:

Articles (recently completed or to be completed within the year of appointment).

Admission as an Attorney in South Africa

Postgraduate legal qualification will be advantageous but not required
