Qualifications : To qualify for the Anglo American Platinum Graduate Programme, you must: Have completed Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry Have completed your degree within the last 2 years or are due to graduate by December ** Have no more than 12 months post qualification completion, work experience. Be a team player with strong leadership potential. Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations. Must be willing and able to work in remote areas, with relocation support provided where necessary The Selection Process : Initial CV Review On-Demand Video Interview If you pass the initial screening, you’ll be invited to complete a short video interview, where you’ll answer questions about your motivation, skills, and suitability for the role. You’ll also take part in a fun and interactive game-based assessment, designed to measure your cognitive abilities and fit for the position. These assessments allow us to get to know you better, beyond just your CV. Assessments If successful, you will be invited to complete a series of assessments. These assessments are designed to measure a range of abilities, including cognitive skills, behavioral tendencies, and personal attributes. The assessments allow us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your potential. Interview (In-Person or Virtual) Should you advance to the next stage, you will have an interview with our Hiring Team, either in-person or virtually, depending on your location.
