Introduction

Position/Task Grade: EEE.Reporting to Chief People Officer, the General Manager Human Capital Operations will be responsible to lead, develop, implement human capital operations strategies to support the company’s overall mission, vision and strategic objectives, play a pivotal role in attracting, retaining and nurturing top talent while fostering positive and inclusive work culture, collaborating with the relevant executive management and other key stakeholders to help shape the organisation’s human capital policies, practices and initiatives to drive employee engagement, productivity and long-term growth. Department: Human Capital. Business Unit: Human Capital Management.

Drive the control environment including governance, risk management and compliance initiatives.

Qualification(s):

o B Degreein Human Capital/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits or a

o B Tech in Human Capital/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits or

o Advance Diploma in Human Capital/ Business Administration/ Business Management at NQF7 with 360 credits.

Related Minimum Experience:

o 10 Years extensive experience in n a management position in human capital environment.
