The Opportunity

As General Foreman / Finishing Foreman, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of major projects in the Munster region. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee site activities, coordinate subcontractors, manage teams, drive quality standards, and ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and daily construction activities
  • Oversee general construction and finishing works to ensure quality requirements are achieved
  • Work closely with Site Management, Health & Safety, and project teams
  • Monitor progress against programme and provide regular updates
  • Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and regulations
  • Provide strong leadership, direction, and support to site teams
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and project delivery

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a General Foreman, Finishing Foreman, or Senior Foreman
  • Strong background working on large-scale construction projects
  • Experience managing subcontractors and construction teams
  • Ability to deliver projects within demanding timelines
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of quality, safety, and construction processes
