Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues via phone, email and live chat
  • Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting for software, hardware and connectivity problems
  • Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
  • Escalate complex technical issues to specialized support teams when required
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their problems are completely resolved
  • Stay updated on product changes and new troubleshooting procedures
  • Maintain professional service standards while handling frustrated customers

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate with Mathematics or Computer Literacy
  • Clear English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Basic computer skills including typing and internet navigation
  • Problem-solving mindset with patience for technical challenges
  • Clear criminal record and stable work history
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends
