About the role

Teach 1-on-1 online reading classes for Chinese students aged 5–14 using RAZ graded readers. Help students build strong reading, comprehension, fluency, vocabulary, and critical thinking skills in a fun, supportive way.

Key responsibilities

  • Teach reading classes using RAZ books

  • Help students improve reading, writing, speaking & listening

  • Track student progress and give clear feedback

  • Work with our teaching team to keep improving the program

About you

  • Full-time teachers only

  • Neutral American accent

  • Teaching experience OR graduate from a good university

  • Must have or be willing to get a teaching certificate (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA)

  • Available: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM & 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (China time)

  • Clean, quiet teaching space

  • Stable internet

  • HD camera + clear microphone

  • Basic Classroom skills (training provided if needed)
