FTTH PROJECT MANAGER

About the role

Jevant Technologies is seeking an experienced FTTH Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a contract basis. This is a pivotal role that will oversee the planning, execution and completion of Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTH) infrastructure projects. Based in South Triangle, Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for managing complex telecommunications infrastructure deployments from conception through to successful handover. This position is critical to ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards, whilst maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

What you'll be doing

  • Planning and scheduling FTTH project timelines, identifying critical path activities and resource requirements to ensure timely project delivery

  • Managing project budgets, tracking expenditures and implementing cost control measures to maintain profitability and financial accountability

  • Coordinating with engineering teams, contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of fibre deployment activities

  • Monitoring project progress against established KPIs and milestones, providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders

  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, developing contingency plans to address potential delays or technical challenges

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards and company policies throughout all project phases

  • Managing stakeholder communications and maintaining strong relationships with clients, government agencies and community representatives

  • Overseeing quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure infrastructure meets design specifications and industry standards

  • Leading site inspections and commissioning activities to verify successful project implementation

  • Preparing project documentation, reports and lessons learned for future reference and continuous improvement


What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in FTTH or telecommunications infrastructure project management

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale infrastructure projects on time and within budget

  • Strong knowledge of fibre optic installation techniques, network architecture and telecommunications standards

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software such as MS Project, Primavera or equivalent planning applications

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams and external parties

  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, track costs and implement financial controls

  • Knowledge of Philippine construction regulations, safety standards and telecommunications industry compliance requirements

  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and contractors

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Project Management or related field

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred
