Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist/Concierge to join our friendly and dynamic team at Remedy in Makati City Metro Manila. As the first point of contact for our clients, this full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing the smooth running of our front office operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Deliver a premium and personalized guest experience from arrival to departure
  • Welcome guests professionally and provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Conduct studio tours, consultations, and service recommendations based on guest needs and wellness goals
  • Promote memberships, wellness packages, retail products, and studio services to support sales targets
  • Educate guests on wellness modalities, recovery treatments, and available studio offerings
  • Safely prepare, set up, and monitor wellness equipment and recovery technologies
  • Ensure all guest sessions start and end on schedule while maintaining smooth studio operations
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of assigned studio zones and wellness areas
  • Perform sanitation and reset procedures between client sessions
  • Assist with booking management, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and payment processing
  • Monitor guest flow, wait times, and operational efficiency throughout the studio
  • Follow all safety procedures, operational standards, and brand guidelines
  • Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and support teams to maintain an exceptional studio environment

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, Wellness, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, wellness, fitness, luxury retail, customer service, or sales environments
  • Proven experience in consultative sales, membership sales, or premium customer engagement
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable handling wellness technologies and recovery equipment such as sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy, red light therapy, PEMF, and similar modalities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow operational and safety protocols
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in scheduling systems, booking platforms, payment processing, and basic administrative tasks
  • Team-oriented, proactive, dependable, and solution-driven
  • Passionate about wellness, recovery, fitness, and holistic health practices
  • Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if required
