Freelance Senior Art Director

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>Roering Creative Kin (RCK) is seeking an experienced Senior Art Director to join our creative team on a six-month freelance contract.</p><p><br></p><p>The successful candidate will be an experienced creative professional with a strong track record in developing and delivering conceptually strong, visually compelling campaigns across B2B and TTL environments.</p><p><br></p><p>As Senior Art Director, you will work closely with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists and Account Management teams to develop creative concepts from initial ideation through to final execution. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality creative work for our clients within a fast-paced, deadline-driven agency environment.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and execute strong creative concepts across B2B and TTL campaigns.</li><li>Take creative ideas from initial concept through to final execution.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists and Account Management teams.</li><li>Provide creative direction and maintain a high standard of creative output.</li><li>Present and communicate creative concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.</li><li>Ensure creative work is aligned with client objectives, brand guidelines and strategic requirements.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail.</li><li>Contribute fresh ideas, creative thinking and innovative approaches to client briefs.</li><li>Work collaboratively within a fast-paced agency environment.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years’ experience in Art Direction within an advertising or creative agency environment.</li><li>Strong conceptual thinking and creative development skills.</li><li>Proven experience developing and executing campaigns across B2B and TTL.</li><li>A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional creative work and attention to detail.</li><li>Experience working collaboratively with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists and Account Management teams.</li><li>Ability to develop concepts from ideation through to final execution.</li><li>Strong presentation, communication and client-facing skills.</li><li>Excellent time and project management abilities.</li><li>Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Immediate availability for the duration of the freelance engagement.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>A six-month freelance opportunity with a specialist creative agency.</li><li>The opportunity to work on impactful projects for leading corporate clients.</li><li>A hybrid working environment.</li><li>The opportunity to collaborate with an experienced and multidisciplinary creative team.</li><li>A dynamic, fast-paced environment where creativity and fresh thinking are valued.</li></ul><p><br></p>
