FMCG Sales Representative - Western Cape

About the Role

Our client is looking for a motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Representative to cover the diverse and dynamic Western Cape region. In this field-based role, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, responsible for driving sales, managing relationships, and expanding market penetration for our client's innovative FMCG products. You will leverage your deep understanding of the local market and your exceptional sales acumen to achieve ambitious targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and increase market share. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase the value proposition of our client's offerings. Manage order processing, inventory levels, and ensure timely delivery of products. Provide regular market feedback, sales reports, and competitor analysis to the sales management team. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Representative , preferably within the FMCG industry. Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of the Western Cape retail landscape and distribution channels. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
