We are looking for a Financial & Administration Coordinator who can strengthen financial controls, keep administration consistent, and support consultants with accurate, timely operational coordination. This is a finance-first role with important administrative responsibilities.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>The Role</u></strong></p><p><strong>You will maintain accurate financial records, support debtor and creditor processes, coordinate payments and travel arrangements, keep key business systems updated, and ensure administrative processes are completed consistently and on time.</strong></p><p><strong>This role reports to the business owner and works closely with consultants and operational team members to keep financial and administrative processes accurate, current, and well-coordinated.</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul><li>Financial administration and transaction processing</li><li>Debtors and payment follow-up</li><li>Supplier and payment administration</li><li>Sage record capturing and maintenance</li><li>Client information management</li><li>Travel and logistics coordination</li><li>Timesheet and leave administration</li><li>Business systems and records management</li><li>General support to leadership and consultants </li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Grade 12 (Matric)</li><li>Fluent in Afrikaans (and English)</li><li>Minimum 3 years' experience in finance, bookkeeping or accounts administration</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office skills</li><li>Excellent organisational and administrative ability</li><li>Valid driver's licence</li></ul><p><strong>Advantageous</strong></p><ul><li>Sage Pastel experience</li><li>Bookkeeping or accounting qualification</li><li>Business administration qualification</li><li>Debtors and creditors experience</li><li>Experience coordinating travel and operational administration</li></ul><p><strong>The Ideal Candidate</strong></p><ul><li>Highly organised and detail-oriented self-starter</li><li>Attention to detail with strong communication skills</li><li>Financially disciplined and accurate</li><li>Strong follow-through and accountability</li><li>Able to work independently</li><li>Comfortable following up and holding others accountable</li><li>Professional and proactive in their approach </li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Apply</strong></p><p><strong>Please submit your CV together with a short motivation outlining your relevant experience to </strong>info@skyvines.co.za</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred start date: 1 September 2026, or as soon as possible thereafter.
