Job Title:  Finance & Key Account Administrator

Our client, in the Manufacturing and FMCG Consumer Products Industry, is looking to employ a Finance & Key Account Administrator to join their team in Clayville in Midrand.
We are looking for your finance administrator, with work experience with Account Reconciliation and Account Management, working with Key Account Portfolio of Client in the FMCG and Retail Industry.
 
Role Description
This role is responsible for managing day-to-day finance administration, including processing invoices, capturing transactions, supporting accurate bookkeeping, and assisting with month-end tasks.

Qualifications and required skills and work experience


  • Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Accounting, including basic bookkeeping, financial administration, and understanding of financial documents.

  • Candidates should possess skills in Account Reconciliation and Account Management, with the ability to manage key accounts, monitor balances, and ensure accurate records.

  • Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage queries, and build professional client relationships.

  • Candidates should have proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), basic familiarity with accounting or ERP systems, and strong attention to detail.

  • Relevant qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in a similar role or FMCG/consumer products environment is an advantage.

  • Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, reliability, problem-solving ability, and the capacity to work effectively in an on-site team environment.

  • The administrator will handle account reconciliation, support accounting records, and help track payments and outstanding balances.
  • In addition, the role includes key account management activities such as maintaining strong relationships with major customers, responding to account queries, and ensuring timely resolution of service and billing issues.
  • The Finance & Key Account Administrator works closely with internal teams to support efficient financial operations and high-quality customer service.
