The College Finance Intern will provide essential support to the finance department, focusing on the meticulous management of financial documentation, filing systems, and the preparation of Statements of Account (SOA). This role is vital for maintaining the financial accuracy and efficiency within the department

The main responsibilities of a FINANCE INTERN include:

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial documents and reports.

  • Support the finance team in the filing and organization of financial records to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

  • Help in preparing Statements of Account (SOA) for various departments and external entities.

  • Collaborate with team members on various projects, including financial audits and budget reviews.

  • Participate in regular financial meetings to discuss findings and propose improvements to documentation processes.
