About You

You are the kind of person who notices when a number is off. You find genuine satisfaction in a reconciled ledger, and when a process runs exactly as it should, that matters to you. You have the ability to chase and take initiative with communications. You do not need to be told to check your work. You already have.
  • You are naturally precise. Accuracy is not a standard you hold yourself to; it is simply how you operate.
  • You find comfort in structure and discomfort in ambiguity. You prefer a clear process to an open-ended one.
  • You take genuine pride in detail, because you understand that detail is what keeps a business on solid ground.
  • You are dependable. When something is assigned to you, it gets done, completely and correctly.
  • You communicate clearly and professionally, even when chasing overdue payments.
  • You thrive when you can own a process end to end and know it is being done right.
