Field Sales Representative (Tondo, Sampaloc, Paco)

Take ownership of a growing territory across Manila. As our Field Sales Representative, you'll build lasting client relationships while driving revenue growth for trusted Filipino brands.

This role requires frequent multi-day trips throughout the territory to ensure comprehensive coverage and client relationship management.


Other responsibilities include:

  • Drive sales and collection targets through strong field selling and client negotiations

  • Develop new accounts and revive inactive ones to maximize territory potential

  • Plan and execute coverage, prospecting, merchandising, and promotional activities

  • Maintain accurate documentation and care for company tools and property

  • Build long-term customer relationships and promote FELCO’s values and solutions


To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

  • Graduate of Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related course

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in field sales, FMCG, or related industries

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent in time management, lead generation, and territory coverage

  • Collaborative and results-oriented mindset
