As a trusted global leader in aerospace, defence, and space, we are proud to be a company where diversity, innovation, and opportunity come together to shape a sustainable future where we can all succeed together through a shared vision.</p><p>About the Role: <br><br><br>* Ensure Operational Readiness: Support customers in maintaining the operational serviceability of Safran HE equipment, in full compliance with safety and airworthiness regulations. <br><br>* Communication and Customer Relationship management: Build and sustain privileged relationships with customers, delivering added value to promote loyalty and long-term engagement. <br><br>* Support Services and Products Deployment: Collaborate closely with front office and partner teams to facilitate the introduction and deployment of new services and product entries into service. <br><br>* Deliver Technical Field Support: Maintain a strong field presence to support all services with a technical dimension, ensuring responsiveness and reliability.<br><br>* Contribute to Team Cohesion: Actively participate in fostering a positive, collaborative team spirit through constructive and collective engagement.<br><br><br>Scope of Responsibility: <br><br>* Operators. <br>* Third-Party Maintenance Centre's. <br>* Safran HE Network Partners.<br><br>Performance Indicators <br><br>* Annual customer visit requirements as defined by the Field Representative Manager <br>* Customer requests follow-up & closure <br>* Customer complaints (Product or technical support) <br>* Maintain Fleet Data across allocated fleet to greater than 85% <br>* FLY Event Report quality<br><br></p><p>What You'll Bring <br><br>Essential: <br><br>* Minimum of 5 years of experience in aeronautical maintenance of complex components such as engines, APUs, or landing gears. <br>* At least 24 months of successful experience in gas turbine maintenance or repair, and/or as a technical support interface specifically in the helicopter domain. <br>* Must demonstrate working knowledge of the language used in maintenance documentation. <br>* Effective communicator, capable of remote and multi-relational interactions (with both customers and internal teams). <br>* Willingness to travel frequently for professional purposes. <br>* Provide 24/7 out of hours AOG technical support on a 1 in 4 week rota. <br><br>Desirable: <br><br>* Attendance at theoretical and practical training sessions on Safran HE products. <br>* Proven experience as a technical or operational support interface. <br>* Up-to-date training in Human Factors and Aviation Legislation. <br>* Knowledge of helicopter airframes. <br>* Advanced proficiency in standard office software applications.</p>
