About the Role

We are looking for energetic, confident, and self-motivated Field Sales Promoters to help introduce prospective students to Zaio Institute of Technology's career-focused tech programmes. This role involves engaging with the public, distributing promotional material, generating qualified leads, and assisting interested students with the application process.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and want to earn commission based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote Zaio Institute of Technology programmes to prospective students.
  • Engage with members of the public in assigned locations.
  • Distribute pamphlets and explain available courses.
  • Encourage interested individuals to apply using the provided application link or QR code.
  • Capture accurate lead information.
  • Ensure all applications are submitted using your assigned referral code.
  • Represent the Zaio brand professionally at all times.
  • Meet daily lead generation and application targets.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Access to a smartphone with internet.

Commission & Benefits
  • R500 commission for every successful student registration.
  • Commission is paid every two weeks.
  • Approved transport costs will be covered for assignments outside your usual area.
  • High-performing promoters who consistently achieve targets may be considered for a full-time opportunity with Zaio Institute of Technology.
