As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing personalized support to our clients' customers, handling inbound calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Our training program includes: * 2 weeks of remote training, conducted online and on weekends * Training on our customer service database and call-handling procedures * Ongoing coaching and support to ensure your success **Work Schedule and Requirements** As a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work a 40-hour week, with shifts covering 7AM to 10PM Central Time. Your work schedule will be discussed during your live group interview with the hiring manager.
