Executive Assistant-VP

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • reputed company administrative duties that require knowledge of general business and office procedures, which includes maintaining follow-up files, correspondence, assembling material for reports, preparing presentations and composing memos/letters • Receive and screen incoming calls. reputed company issues and refer reputed company situations to appropriate level as circumstances warrant. Initiate calls, reputed company calls or reputed company messages as required • Sort, read and annotate incoming mail and attach appropriate file to facilitate reputed company if required.
