Executive Assistant - Remote (Johannesburg)

This is a full-time remote role, open to candidates based in Johannesburg , South Africa.

What you'll actually do:

  • Admin: Own the executive's calendar, inbox, meetings, travel, expenses, and event planning.
  • Operational: Improve workflows, data analysis, reports, SOPs, documentation, projects, and internal coordination.
What we're looking for:
  • 2+ years as Operations Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, Project Manager, or similar
  • C1 English, written and spoken
  • At least one role with 2+ year tenure
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion and AI enthusiast
  • Proactive by default, not by request
What you get: $1,200 USD/month base, up to $1,600 USD/month total. Raises every 6 months. Fixed schedule, no overtime, no weekends. Paid holidays, vacation, sick days, and family care days.
