Salary: R36 000 per month

Remote Recruitment is hiring an Executive Admin Assistant to support senior leadership at a UK business, working fully remotely from South Africa. You will manage diaries, inboxes and the flow of work around an executive who has more coming in than hours to handle it.

This is a senior support role. You will be trusted with confidential material and expected to make judgement calls about what needs attention and what can wait.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex diaries across time zones and resolve clashes before they surface.
  • Triage inboxes, flag what matters and draft replies.
  • Prepare briefing notes, agendas and follow-up actions for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel, bookings and expenses.
  • Track commitments and chase them to completion.
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.

What You Will Need

  • Experience supporting senior leadership as an EA or senior PA.
  • Confident with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent written English and a professional communication style.
  • Sound judgement about priorities and escalation.
  • Proven reliability and discretion.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.
  • Fully remote, based in South Africa.
  • 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).
