Working closely with the Head of Risk and Compliance, this person will play a critical role in ensuring that the bank adheres to internal and external ethical standards.To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must possess strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively. He or she should also have a strong background in law or ethics, with an understanding of the requirements of the South African Financial Services Board and its relevant regulations.The successful candidate will be an ethical and responsible leader, able to inspire trust and act as a role model.
