Who Is Our Client?

Our client is a growing outsourced sales and marketing company operating in London. They work with established brands, supporting brand awareness and customer acquisition through face-to-face events, retail and promotional campaigns.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for Event Sales Associates to join their expanding team. This is a long-term opportunity suited to individuals looking to build their experience within a customer-facing sales environment, with invitations to client training and upskilling sessions available from the start.

Key Attributes We’re Looking For

This is an entry-level opportunity, so no previous experience is required. Our client welcomes applicants from customer-facing backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, care, administration, front of house, customer service or sales.

  • Able to commute into London for daily morning briefings
  • Well-presented and confident engaging with members of the public
  • Positive, proactive and willing to learn
  • Able to commit to full-time equivalent availability (5 FULL days a week)

Day-to-Day of a Sales Associate

  • Represent established brands face-to-face across events, retail and promotional campaigns
  • Engage with customers, building awareness around the brands, products or services you represent
  • Build rapport and deliver a positive, professional customer experience
  • Support customer acquisition and accurately process relevant information
  • Attend client training and upskilling sessions with experienced sales professionals

Please Note

Successful applicants will work directly with our client on a subcontracted basis. This means you are responsible for managing your own Tax and National Insurance. This opportunity is best suited to individuals seeking a long-term, full-time equivalent opportunity with a performance-linked earnings structure consisting of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and performance incentives.

Pay: £435.00-£625.00 per week
