Job Responsibilities As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative at AnywhereApp, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your primary goal will be to help clients understand their insurance benefit options and answer questions about coverage, plans, and policies. You will also be responsible for scheduling and conducting virtual consultations with new and existing customers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and supporting clients in making informed decisions about their benefit needs.
