📍 Position: Spanish & English Customer Service Representative / Interpreter

📍 Location: Highlands North, Raedene Estate, Johannesburg (On-Site – Not Remote)

⏰ Working Hours: To be discussed during the interview process (US hours)

What You’ll Do

✅ Provide customer support in both Spanish and English

✅ Interpret conversations accurately between Spanish and English speakers

✅ Assist customers via phone, email, and other communication channels

✅ Build strong relationships while delivering exceptional customer experiences

✅ Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality service standards

What We’re Looking For

🔹 Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish and English (essential)

🔹 Previous experience in customer service, interpreting, translation, or a call centre environment is advantageous

🔹 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

🔹 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional environment
