Advantageous: Experience in a rehabilitation or vocational environment will serve as an added advantage. Knowledge: Compensation Fund policies, procedures, processes. Knowledge and application of relevant legislation and regulations impacting on the Orthotic & Rehabilitation Chief Directorate (COIDA). Data Gathering, Analysis, and strategic Reporting. Batho Pele Principles (Customer Services). Public Service Act (PSA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Skills: Digital Acumen, Conflict Management, Communication, Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery Innovation. Duties: Render effective administration support services. Provide supply chain clerical support within the Directorate. Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the Directorate. Provide financial administration support services in the Directorate.

Personnel Officer: HR Operations

Location: Compensation Fund, Pretoria Reference No: HR 5/1/2/3/04 Salary: R228 321 per annum plus 37% in lieu of benefits Requirements: Grade 12/Matric certificate. No Experience. Knowledge: Compensation Fund objectives and business functions. Directorate or sub-directorate goals and performance requirements. Compensation fund services. Stakeholder and customers. Customer services (Batho Pele Principles). Risk awareness. COIDA Act, Regulations, and Policies. Public Service Act. Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS). Skills: Required technical proficiency, Business writing skills, Data capturing. Duties: Administer the filling of vacancies for the Fund. Administer HR information system. Provisioning Administration Clerk

Location: Provincial Office (Western Cape) Reference No: HR 4/4/8/100 Salary: R228 321 per annum plus 37% in lieu of benefits Requirements: Grade 12 certificate with Commercial Subjects (Business Management, Economics, and Accounting). No experience required. Knowledge: Public Service Financial Management, Supply Chain Framework, LOGIS System, Preferential Procurement Policy Framework, Departmental Policies and Procedures. Skills: Client Orientation and Customer Focus, Computer literacy, Presentation, Analytical, Communication, and Numeracy. Duties: Provide contract and tender management support to be in line with developed relevant prescripts.
