Survey Administrator

Job Purpose


The Survey Administrator is responsible for the successful administration and facilitation of employee surveys conducted at client premises. The role requires providing support to employees during the survey process, ensuring confidentiality, maintaining survey integrity, and delivering a professional client experience while achieving survey participation targets.

Key Responsibilities

Survey Administration

  • Facilitate employee survey sessions at client premises according to project requirements.
  • Set up survey stations, equipment, and materials before survey sessions commence.(if required)
  • Guide employees through the survey process and provide clear instructions.
  • Assist employees with technical or process-related queries while maintaining survey confidentiality.
  • Ensure all surveys are completed accurately and within allocated timeframes.
  • Monitor survey participation rates and report progress to the Project Manager.

Client Engagement

  • Represent the company professionally when interacting with client representatives and employees.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Communicate survey schedules, procedures, and requirements clearly and professionally.
  • Escalate any client concerns or operational issues promptly.

Data Integrity and Confidentiality

  • Adhere to all confidentiality and data protection requirements.
  • Ensure that employee responses remain anonymous and confidential.
  • Follow established survey protocols and procedures to maintain data accuracy.
  • Secure all survey materials and equipment before, during, and after survey sessions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and project standards.
  • Follow health and safety procedures while working on client premises.
  • Maintain high service quality and professionalism throughout all engagements.
  • Participate in training and briefing sessions before survey deployments.

Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Relevant administrative qualification will be advantageous.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport may be required.
  • Own laptop available for business use during survey deployments.

Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years of administrative, customer service, fieldwork, or survey-related experience.
  • Experience working at client sites or in a customer-facing environment preferred.
  • Experience using computers, tablets, or online survey platforms advantageous.
