Description We are currently looking for a driven, enthusiastic full time Education Leader to join Genius Premium Tuition. This role is ideal for someone with education experience who wants to take full responsibility for student outcomes. You will take ownership of a portfolio of students, guiding them from their initial in-take assessment right through to their final results. Here is a breakdown of what the role entails: The Mandate You will be primarily responsible for your students’ academic outcomes and for the team delivering those outcomes. Your core responsibilities will include: Assess: Run assessment interviews with families and administer scholastic assessments to establish exactly where each student stands. Design: Build a customised academic programme for each student and select the best tutors to deliver it. Lead: Coach, supervise, and train your tutor team by completing lesson observations and facilitating training seminars. Report: Compile written feedback reports and present them to families in person. Review: Run regular progress meetings, interpret data, and adjust programmes as needed. Liaise: Work closely with each student’s teachers, HODs, principals, and psychologists. Teach: Continue your passion for teaching lessons and designing lesson plans What You’ll Earn R28,000 per month starting salary. R30,000 - R40,000 per month based on performance outcomes. Team Leaders earn from R35,000 per month. Who Suits This Role? Experience: Background in education, academic administration, learner support, or programme coordination (schools, tutoring, colleges, universities, or training providers). Education: A relevant degree (Education, Psychology, or a strong academic discipline). PGCE, B.Ed, Honours, or postgraduate studies are highly valued as well as strong marks achieved at a matric level. Skills: Excellent written English (parents will read and act on your reports), confident presenting to parents, and comfortable holding a team to high standards. Logistics: Strong organisational ability across multiple students, tutors, and timelines. Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence. Based in Johannesburg. Why Join Genius Premium Tuition?
