Ecommerce Coordinator

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

Role Overview The Ecommerce Coordinator is a versatile, cross-functional role that sits at the heart of ecommerce operations and marketing execution.

The Ecommerce

Coordinator will own day-to-day Shopify maintenance, performance reporting, email marketing support via Klaviyo, and content coordination across social channels - while proactively surfacing growth opportunities and optimization recommendations. This role is built for someone analytical and creative in equal measure, who thrives in a fast-moving ecommerce environment and wants direct impact on brand performance.

Location Fully

Remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Key Responsibilities Ecommerce & Shopify Operations Maintain Shopify SKUs, tagging, collections, product pages, navigation, internal linking, and image QA.

Support CRO initiatives by identifying friction points in the buyer journey.

Assist with landing page updates and ongoing site optimization.

Coordinate with external developers for technical Shopify tasks as needed. Analytics & Reporting Track performance across Shopify Analytics, GA4, Pinterest Analytics, and Klaviyo.

Prepare weekly reports covering traffic, conversion, add-to-cart, email, and product metrics.

Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations. CRM & Email Marketing Support Klaviyo campaign execution, including segmentation, list management, and basic flows.

Assist with subscriber growth initiatives and lifecycle marketing campaigns.

Provide reporting and optimization recommendations for email performance.

Growth

Marketing & Content Support content ideation, creative concepting, and story pillar development.

Assist in content execution across Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.

Identify opportunities to improve traffic, engagement, email growth, and conversion metrics. SEO & Content Oversight Implement basic SEO recommendations for product, collection, and blog pages.

Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking.

Support agency execution of blogs and check for quality and alignment with brand standards.

Customer

Service & Administrative Support Provide light support for customer inquiries and order/shipping questions.

Maintain FAQs, SOPs, and internal documentation.

Assist in improving the overall customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications - Experience 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, marketing operations, or digital marketing.

Hands-on experience with Shopify - product management, collections, and basic site operations.

Working knowledge of Klaviyo for email campaigns, segmentation, and flows.

Experience with GA4 for traffic and conversion tracking and reporting.

Familiarity with Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok for content scheduling and performance tracking.

Understanding of ecommerce reporting, SEO fundamentals, and content workflows.

Experience with Canva or equivalent for basic creative asset support.

Qualifications - Skills Analytical mindset - comfortable working with data to identify trends and recommend actions.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
