We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and developing young children's learning experiences in a safe and stimulating environment. This position requires strong management and leadership skills, along with a genuine love for working with children. The Early Years Educator will be responsible for creating engaging activities that promote early childhood education and support each child's individual needs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure high standards of care, learning, and safety
  • Develop strong partnerships with parents and carers
  • Oversee planning, assessments, and curriculum delivery
  • Maintain compliance with safeguarding and regulatory standards

What we are looking for:

  • Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare is essential
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for working with children
  • Amazing educators who would like to work on a Part Time basis

We take the safeguarding and welfare of children very seriously. All appointments are subject to safer recruitment procedures, including enhanced DBS checks, verification of identity and qualifications, references, and a thorough assessment of suitability to work with children.
