What You’ll Do
  • Transport work teams, materials, and equipment to different Magistrate Courts as assigned.
  • Complete vehicle logbooks and trip authorization documentation accurately.
  • Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
  • Maintain delivery schedules for timely transportation of personnel and items.
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and maintenance standards.
  • Operate vehicles in accordance with road traffic regulations and departmental policies.
  • Maintain professional interactions with all stakeholders and provide excellent service.
  • Keep accurate records of vehicle usage and report any issues promptly.
What You’ll Need
  • A minimum of Grade 10 or an equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • A valid driver’s license, with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP) considered an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of the National Road Traffic Act Regulations and Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with good interpersonal relations.
  • Ability to effectively plan work processes and manage time efficiently.
