About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute multi-channel campaigns that generate leads, improve conversions, and drive measurable business growth.

This is a hands-on role spanning email marketing, paid advertising, social media, landing pages, marketing automation, and analytics. You’ll work closely with sales to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

What You’ll Do
  • Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage email marketing and lead-nurture campaigns
  • Support paid search and paid social campaigns
  • Create and optimize landing pages and campaign assets
  • Coordinate content across social media channels
  • Maintain marketing automation workflows
  • Monitor website traffic, leads, and conversion performance
  • Analyze campaign results and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with sales to improve lead quality and conversion
  • Test messaging, campaigns, and funnels to improve performance
Requirements
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Email marketing
    • Social media
    • Paid advertising
    • Digital analytics
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and marketing automation tools
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
  • Strong analytical and copywriting skills
  • Comfortable tracking campaign performance and making data-driven improvements
  • Ability to execute independently in a remote environment
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
