Your role includes managing early morning stock receipt, quality checks, temperature monitoring, and safety protocols. You will lead and support the early morning team by providing clear direction, training, and overseeing shop-keeping standards to minimize shrinkage and maintain a hygienic environment. Minimum Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities Lead and coordinate the early morning foods team to ensure efficient stock receipt, quality inspection, and temperature monitoring.

Maintain store readiness by enforcing security protocols, stock control, and adherence to hygienic and safety standards.

Conduct thorough quality checks, verify shelf labeling accuracy, and manage expired items removal prior to store opening.

Oversee the completion of early morning handover checklists, ensuring all shop-keeping standards are met reliably.

Investigate and resolve any store alarms or security incidents during early shifts, maintaining a secure environment.

Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks among team members, providing guidance and training where needed.

Foster exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting customers, and authorizing at till points when necessary.

Minimize shrinkage through diligent stock management, supervision, and adherence to loss prevention policies.

Demonstrate professional personal leadership, including punctuality, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

Monitor new product lines and promotions, ensuring team is informed and stock is properly displayed and rotated.
