Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Create KPIs and calculations using DAX.
  • Write and optimize basic SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Operations, and other teams to gather reporting requirements.
  • Prepare clear, actionable reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct data testing, validation, and issue escalation as needed.
  • Maintain documentation for reports, data models, and processes.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of DAX, data modeling, ETL processes, and basic data warehousing concepts.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and data analysis/reporting best practices.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
