Customer Service Desk (CSD) Controller

Proven experience in containerized logistics, imports, and exports. 2. Working knowledge of Navis and port operations is essential. 3. Strong understanding of container movement, planning, and transport coordination. 4. Ability to work long hours, under pressure, and within strict operational deadlines. 5. Excellent teamwork, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. 6. Own reliable vehicle is required. ( or reliable transport ) 7. Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics or transport industry is critical and non-negotiable. Operational Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with existing clients daily to secure new shipments and delivery opportunities. 2. Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to management. 3. Plan daily shipments and deliveries in accordance with company policies and operational requirements. 4. Monitor all deliveries and provide clients with continuous updates regarding progress, delays, and resolutions. 5. Ensure all shipment files and delivery documentation are accurately completed and closed off. 6. Coordinate effectively with operations, transport teams, and customers to ensure service excellence. 7.Follow up on daily deliveries ensuring clients are keep informed at all times of progress and delays. 8.Sales Reporting on daily base to management
