Sales Assistant (Entry Level Position) Immediate starts available in Stoke-on-Trent! Successful individuals will represent recognised non-profit organisations through face-to-face customer acquisition campaigns across residential environments within the Stoke-on-Trent area. Client training, invitations to daily upskilling sessions and ongoing support are available from the start, making this a suitable long-term opportunity for individuals looking to broaden existing skills within a customer-facing environment. What Is Needed To Be A Successful Sales Assistant: Strong English communication skills. Confidence engaging with customers face-to-face. A proactive and adaptable approach. Full-time equivalent availability , with a minimum of 4–5 full working days per week. Ability to commute to the Stoke-on-Trent office each working day. What's On Offer A Brand Awareness Fee (earn a daily fee paid to you, only applicable when representing a client for a full day) plus commission and financial incentives. Opportunities to attend client training and sessions designed to strengthen communication, customer engagement and brand representation skills. The Role: Representing a variety of clients through face-to-face customer engagement campaigns. Engaging with customers in residential-based settings. Providing feedback and insights from customer interactions. Maintaining a professional approach when representing clients. Applicants from customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, front of house, marketing, administration, warehouse and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity, although previous experience is not necessary. This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings consist of a Brand Awareness Fee (where applicable), plus commission and financial incentives. This role is not suitable for candidates currently in education (school, college or university) or current international students.
