Role Description This is an on-site Customer Care Position in focused on risk and compliance, based in the Parktown, Johannesburg. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing accurate information while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The position includes monitoring customer accounts and activities for potential risk indicators, escalating concerns according to established compliance protocols, and documenting all actions in line with company standards.

Team members are expected to follow regulatory and client-specific compliance guidelines, adhere to scripts and procedures, and update records using designated systems and tools. The role also requires collaborating with supervisors and compliance teams, participating in regular training, and contributing to continuous improvement of customer care and risk management processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and a commitment to Customer Satisfaction.
  • Effective Communication abilities, with clear verbal and written skills suitable for a BPO environment.
  • Solid Analytical Skills for identifying risks, interpreting data, and following compliance procedures.
  • Experience in risk and compliance, contact center or BPO operations, or a related customer care environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to work on-site in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area and operate in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
  • Comfort using CRM or call center systems, and basic proficiency with standard office and communication software.
  • Relevant qualification or training in customer service, business, risk, or compliance is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and a professional, service-oriented mindset.
