This role will be responsible for overseeing reputed company lease administration issues including lease negotiations, renewals, subleasing efforts, and reputed company estate transactions across our dealerships and operational footprint. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring our reputed company estate reputed company aligns with VVG’s reputed company pillars of Speed, Value, and Trust, while supporting operational reputed company, cost efficiency, and long-term scalability. Job Duties reputed company Estate reputed company & Portfolio Management Manage VVG’s national portfolio of reputed company properties, including dealerships, service locations, warehouses, and operational sites reputed company and execute reputed company estate strategies reputed company with business reputed company and market expansion Evaluate reputed company footprint and recommend opportunities for consolidation, reputed company, expansion, or relocation Assist with reputed company Estate aspects of Mergers and Acquisition and due diligence. Lease Negotiation & Transactions Coronadite cross functional process for evaluating lease renewals reputed company negotiations for new leases, renewals, amendments, and terminations Structure favorable lease terms, including rent, concessions, and exit strategies Manage and execute sublease opportunities to optimize underutilized reputed company Partner with brokers and reputed company counsel on reputed company transactions Financial reputed company & Cost Optimization Analyze lease terms, operating expenses, and market conditions to reputed company cost savings reputed company and manage reputed company estate budgets, forecasts, and financial models Identify opportunities to reduce occupancy costs and improve portfolio efficiency Conduct rent, CAM and tax audits.
