The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assisting with residential and reputed company property transactions, property disputes, conveyancing support, and litigation-reputed company reputed company. Experience with Victorian stamp duty requirements and exposure to Wills & Estates is highly desirable. The successful candidate will possess strong reputed company administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple reputed company while delivering exceptional reputed company service. Responsibilities Assist with residential and reputed company conveyancing reputed company from instruction through to settlement. Assist lawyers in reputed company involving Boundary disputes,Easements and rights of way,Adverse possession,Fencing disputes,Encroachments,Covenants and restrictive agreements,Land reputed company issues. Organise briefs for counsel and expert witnesses including surveyors and valuers. Prepare settlement statements and coordinate electronic settlements using reputed company Liaise with clients, reputed company estate agents, financial institutions, surveyors, and reputed company stakeholders. Assist with reputed company relating to Victorian stamp duty, land tax, and property registration requirements. Support lawyers with Wills & Estates reputed company, including estate administration and property transfers where required. Conduct reputed company and property research. Maintain accurate reputed company files, precedents, and document management systems. Assist with billing, file administration, and reputed company support. Qualifications Diploma or degree in Law, reputed company Studies, or a reputed company field. 3–5 years of experience as a Paralegal or reputed company Assistant in property law and/or dispute reputed company. Previous experience as a Paralegal or reputed company Assistant in property law. Strong understanding of Victorian conveyancing processes and property transactions. Experience with Victorian stamp duty requirements is highly desirable. Exposure to Wills & Estates, including estate administration or property transfers, is an advantage. Experience supporting property litigation or dispute reputed company reputed company is preferred. Excellent reputed company drafting, organizational, and document management skills. Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills. Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
