Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake intensive, hands-on training to master cutting-edge PLM and CAD software, from foundational concepts to advanced functionalities.

  • Actively contribute to customer-facing projects under the guidance of experienced consultants, acquiring practical implementation experience.

  • Support project execution by applying Siemens' established Project Management Methodology, learning and adhering to industry best practices.

  • Collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams to address complex engineering challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Develop both technical expertise and essential professional soft skills while building strong professional relationships within the Pretoria office.

  • Engage in structured training focused on business processes, technical competencies, and interpersonal skills, taking ownership of personal and professional growth.
