The role involves using tools and equipment to perform tasks such as excavation, demolition, carpentry, and other specialized tasks as needed.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Perform tasks such as excavation, demolition, carpentry, and other specialized tasks as needed</li><li>Use hand and power tools to perform tasks safely and efficiently</li><li>Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and other technical documents to understand project requirements</li><li>Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and forklifts as needed</li><li>Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety regulations and protocols</li><li>Communicate with supervisors and other team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and to specifications</li><li>Follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality and safety standards</li><li>Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed</li><li>Complete other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>2+ years of experience in construction or related field</li><li>Ability to read and interpret plans, blueprints, and other technical documents</li><li>Knowledge of hand and power tools and their proper use</li><li>Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and forklifts as needed</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team</li><li>Ability to follow established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent quality and safety standards</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed</li><li>Positive and proactive attitude.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Pre-Employment Requirements<br><br></strong>Candidates must successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to hire.
