The Role
OpenTrain is seeking a Computer Science Expert for Python validation and AI evaluation. You will design rigorous computer science problems, review AI-generated solutions, and assess multi-step reasoning for correctness, assumptions, constraints, edge cases, and overall quality.
The work includes evaluation and rating, question answering, text generation, prompt and response writing for supervised fine-tuning, computer programming and coding, and red teaming. The dataset is text-based, with no pre-labeled data, and uses an unspecified labeling tool.

What You'll Do

Requirements

A computer science degree or equivalent demonstrated expertise is expected, along with at least two years of applied, research, or teaching experience in computer science or an adjacent technical discipline.
- Degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
- At least 2 years of professional, research, or teaching experience in computer science or a related field.
- Strong Python proficiency for numerical validation and simulation.
- Experience with structured evaluation or scoring of multi-step reasoning.
- Ability to assess correctness, assumptions, constraints, and edge cases.
- Clear technical writing and feedback in English at C1+ or equivalent.
- Familiarity with MATLAB, R, C/C++, SQL, or domain-specific libraries is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as SAS, CAP, or similar are a plus.
- International or applied project experience is a plus.
